You reach Graskop on the R535 / R533 from Hazyview or via the R40 / R532 from Hoedspruit.

Once in Graskop take the R533 (direction Pilgrim's Rest / Sabie) and travel for approximately 4km where you will find us on the right hand side. Look for white entrance posts.

Zur Alten Mine is approximately 380km (4,5 to 5 hour’s drive) from the OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg International Airport). Toll fees apply on the N4 (about R100).

• Take the N12 from Johannesburg direction eMalahleni (Witbank).
• From there follow the N4 past Middelburg till you reach Belfast where you turn off.
• Drive trough Belfast and follow the R 540 via Dullstroom to Lydenburg (Mashishing).
• In Lydenburg turn right on the R 37 and drive via the Long Tom Pass into Sabie, then turn left (direction Graskop R532).
• After about 20 km you come to the Pilgrim's Rest / Graskop split. Take the right turn to Graskop and you will find us 100m from the turn-off on the left hand side. Look for white entrance posts.
